Incident

Incident is a incident education, reporting, and resourcing app for handling Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment under Title IX, violence, harassment, and bullying under the Civil Rights Act, student relation conflicts that don't fall under those two laws, and property destruction in University, Military, and Policing Institutions.

Incident response in large, or small, instituations is a heavy burden for institutions. Privacy, sensitivity towards victims, fairness to all parties, and proper administration of policies, require addressing issues at mulitple levels. Staff education, including Resident Assistants, Student Education regarding their rights and obligations, prompt and sensitive responses when incidents occur, and anonymous reporting and communication methods for victims all need to be handled appropriately.
