90 Day is built on a simple principle: your goals are personal. We have designed the app so that your data stays with you — on your device, in your Apple ecosystem — and nowhere else.
90 Day collects only what is necessary to operate the app and its optional AI features.
We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:
Your goal data is stored in Apple's ecosystem using their standard sync technologies. Syncing across your devices is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and iCloud terms. We have no visibility into or access to data stored in iCloud.
When you purchase AI credits to use the research and planning features, we record the transaction and track credit usage so we can accurately provide the service. Your actual prompts and AI-generated content are not stored by us.
If you choose to share your AI credit balance across multiple Apple devices, we store an anonymous identifier on our servers that allows us to recognise incoming requests as belonging to the same credit pool. This identifier is not tied to your name, email address, Apple ID, or any other personal information, and is used solely for credit accounting purposes.
90 Day does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app requires no account creation and does not collect personal data. The only server-side data we store is an anonymous identifier used for optional cross-device credit sharing, which contains no personal information.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
